- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped and drained chilies
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, salt and baking soda; blend.

2Stir in shortening (oleo); add sour cream, corn and eggs.

3Mix well.

4Add green chilies and Cheddar cheese and stir.

5Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
