- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream-style corn
- pinch of soda
- 1 small box corn muffin mix or 1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
- 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese, divided
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Put half of the mixture in a greased 9-inch square pan.

3Then put 1/2 cup cheese on top.

4Pour in the remaining batter.

5Bake for 45 minutes.
