  • 1 lg. can refried beans
  • 1 sm. can green chillies, chopped
  • 1 med. jar salsa or taco sauce
  • 1 pkg. dry taco mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped lettuce
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 med.-size tomato, chopped

Directions

    Layer beans, chillies, salsa taco mix, sour cream and cheddar cheese in a 9 x13-inch glass dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
