- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced tomato
- 12 oz. jar picante salsa (hot or mild)
- 8 oz. shredded orange Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded white Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook hamburg.

3Prepare taco seasoning mix as directed on back, then add to hamburg.

4Spread softened cream cheese in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

5Layer the next ingredients, starting with hamburg mix, then onions, peppers, tomatoes and salsa.

6Top off with cheeses.

7Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
