  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. diced tomato
  • 12 oz. jar picante salsa (hot or mild)
  • 8 oz. shredded orange Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded white Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook hamburg.

    Prepare taco seasoning mix as directed on back, then add to hamburg.

    Spread softened cream cheese in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Layer the next ingredients, starting with hamburg mix, then onions, peppers, tomatoes and salsa.

    Top off with cheeses.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
