- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix pineapple, juice and all, into soda; set aside . Sift flour, sugar and salt together.

2Add pineapple mixture and bananas; stir by hand.

3Add eggs and stir.

4Add nuts.

5Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

7Cool and top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
