- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped bell peppers
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cream
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Saute sausage, onion and bell peppers until the meat is done; drain.

2Combine sausage mixture with remaining ingredients (except cheese).

3Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
