- 2 lb. ground round
- 16 oz. jar Rosarita hot picante sauce (may substitute other brand or medium/mild)
- 1 can Ro-Tel green chiles and tomatoes (diced type)
Directions

1Brown ground round, breaking into small pieces (crumbled). Drain and add Ro-Tel and jar of picante sauce.

2Mix thoroughly. May rinse jar with small amount of water and add to meat.

3Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.

4Serve as filling for tacos or see Mexican Pie recipe, Mexican Taco Salad or Mexican Goulash recipes.
