Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup Grape-nuts cereal
  • 34 cup walnuts
  • 14 cup sesame seeds
  • 14 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 12 cup honey
  • 13 cup water
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients.

    (Oats to seeds).

    Combine wet ingredients and salt.

    (Don't add raisins yet).

    Pour over cereal mixture.

    Mix to coat well.

    Spread on greased baking sheets.

    Bake, stirring frequently for 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Cool.

    Store in airtight conatiner.

    Add raisins at serving time.
