- 1/2 c. (4 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 oz. each Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, drained and open down middle
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray casserole with Pam.

3Combine yogurt, egg and flour until smooth; set aside.

4Combine cheeses in other bowl.

5In casserole sprinkle 2 ounces of cheese in bottom of casserole; top with chili peppers, then cheese mixture.

6Pour yogurt mixture on top, then tomato sauce, then rest of cheese. Bake until puffed and edges are slightly browned, about 40 minutes. Per serving:
