  • 6 med. red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

    Scrub potatoes, pierce twice with fork.

    Microwave at high for 12 min.

    Mix remaining ingredients except the butter.
