  • 2 to 3 lb. venison ham or roast
  • garlic powder
  • cayenne powder
  • black pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • liquid smoke
  • 2 strips bacon
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion
