  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 14 cup lemon juice (fresh)
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

    If mixture is too thick, add a little water to dilute to preferred consistency.

    Serve at room temperature.
