  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 2 c. frozen green beans
  • 4 potatoes, chopped with skins
  • 1 stick butter, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. each: garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and lemon pepper

Directions

    In a large Dutch oven, place chicken at bottom, then add onion slices, carrots, peas and green beans.

    Add spices over chicken and vegetables.

    Add butter and white wine.

    Mix sour cream and soup; pour over all ingredients.

    Add sliced potatoes.*

    Put lid on and bake for 3 hours at 300° to 325°.
