- 2 lb. pork (lean)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 small bottle Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water or broth from pork
- 1 tsp. each of salt, black pepper, sugar and red pepper
Directions

1Cook lean pork (remove all fat or bones), chopped in small pieces.

2Mix all ingredients above.

3Cook on high heat until hot, then cook on low for about 3 hours or until thick.

4Stir frequently.

5Serve on hamburger bun.

6This is low calorie if you use lean pork.
