- 2/3 c. grated carrots
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients; set aside.

2Beat egg, oil, sugar and vanilla.

4Pour into greased 1-quart Corning Ware dish or other dish.
