  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafers
  • cherry pie filling

    Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper.

    Fill each with mixture, 3/4 full.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
