  • 4 hot dogs, chopped
  • 2 box JIFFY corn muffin mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 dash chili powder

    Preheat oven to 400F Fahrenheit.

    Grease mini muffin pan or use paper baking liners.

    Blend all ingredients together.

    Batter will be slightly lumpy.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin liner.

    Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with ketchup and/or mustard.
