  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3/4 c. crushed Corn Flakes or Special K
  • 1 can French onion soup (all of it)
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

    Heat sauce in microwave until hot and blended. Spoon sauce over meatballs. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
