  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • 14 cup water, hot
  • 12 cup ice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 12 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 12 cup soy yogurt
  • 1 12 teaspoons flax seed oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons organic dark chocolate chips

Directions

    Steep mint tea in hot water for 5 minutes, Squeeze remaining from tea bag and discard.
