Mint Oreo Ice Cream Torte

- 20 Oreo cookies
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Crush Oreo cookies in blender.

2Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3For second layer, heat to mix 1 stick oleo, chocolate squares, eggs and sugar.

4Spread over cookie mix.

5Freeze 20 to 25 minutes. Soften 1 gallon vanilla ice cream, mix in 1/4 cup creme de menthe or use chocolate mint ice cream.

6Spread over frozen chocolate mix.

7Crumble 5 crushed Oreo cookies on top; put in freezer.

8Best when made 1 day before.
