- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 2 teaspoon minced onion
- 6 minute steaks
- 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can consomme
Directions

1Drain mushroom pieces.

2Reserve liquid.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Roll each steak tightly; fasten with toothpicks.

5Place steak in baking pan.

6Pour consomme over steaks.

7Cover.

8Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.

9Remove steaks to hot platter.

10Combine cornstarch and reserved liquid.

11Add to hot consomme and heat until thickened.

12Spoon over steak. Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese, if desired.
