Ingredients

  • 4 cup Dashi
  • 1 cup Tofu, diced
  • 1 as needed Vegetables, diced
  • 1 as needed Miso

Directions

    Combine dashi, tofu, and vegetables in a pot and bring to just below simmering.

    I recommend a mixture of dashi 1 and 2 if available.

    When tofu is warm and vegetables are cooked to desired doneness, add miso to taste.
