  • 5-8 firm apples
  • 3-5 pears (soft are better but firm are fine)
  • Some other fruit, such as 3-5 peaches (hard peaches are fine) or 1-2 mangos or 6 or so kiwis. Avoid berries.
  • 2-3 inches of ginger
  • Sliced almonds
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4 cups juice (orange or apple or your choice)
