Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 24 oz. carton (3 c.) small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz. can (1 c.) pineapple (undrained)
  • 5 1/3 oz. can (2/3 c.) whole or evaporated milk
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    In a very large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water (hot).

    Stir in cold water.

    Chill until thickened but not set (45 minutes). Add mayonnaise and blend well.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 12-cup mold.

    Chill.
