"Mom'S" Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 17 oz. creamed corn
  • 15 oz. whole kernel corn
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and salt with fork.

    Add both corns.

    Put cornstarch in creamed corn can; fill with milk and stir to dissolve.

    Add to egg mixture.

    Stir in melted butter.

    Pour into 8-inch square baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° until set.
