  • 1 whole Chicken
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Rheames Frozen Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth, Or As Needed

Directions

    Stew the chicken with the onion, peppercorns and salt for 30 minutes.

    Strain the broth and remove the chicken to cool.

    Return broth to a heavy Dutch oven and bring to a boil.

    Add chicken and frozen noodles.

    Simmer on low for one hour or until broth becomes thick and almost creamy.

    Add more chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste.
