  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 34 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 14 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 14 cups cooked mostaccioli pasta
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 34 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 12 cup chopped green pepper
  • 12 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients, stir with a wire whisk until well blended.

    Add in cooked mostaccioli and the rest of the ingredients; toss gently to coat.
