- 14 cup raisins (unsulphured)
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped raw (from walnuts in the shell, if you can find them)
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups unsweetened soymilk
- 14 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (organic unsweetened)
- 1 small braeburn apple (organic)
Directions

1Combine oats, raisins, nuts, and cinnamon in a bowl.

2Stir together milk and juice concentrate.

3Pour over oat mixture and stir to combine.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5In the morning, grate or finely chop the apple.

6Stir into oat mixture.
