  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 cups muesli

    1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celcius (375F)

    2. Combine peanut butter, honey and coconut.

    3. Beat egg and add to peanut butter mixture.

    4. Add sugar [and cinnamon] to mixture. Mix until well-blended. Do not beat, but make sure it's not lumpy.

    5. Put muesli in a large bowl and add the peanut butter mixture. Mix until muesli is evenly coated.

    6. Put mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper. Mold the mixture into a square, approximately 20cm x 20cm, or 0.5 to 1 cm thick.

    7. Place square on tinfoil on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, until mixture does not look wet anymore, and edges have browned a little bit.

    Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
