  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup muesli (not toasted)
  • 125g. unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • 1 teaspoon bi-carbonate of soda
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
