- 1 (16 oz.) jar marinated mixed vegetables, drained and chopped
- 1/4 c. green olives with pimiento, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
- 1 round loaf bread (8-inch, unsliced)
- 3 oz. lean baked ham
- 3 oz. thinly sliced deli turkey breast
Directions

1Combine mixed vegetables and olives in a small bowl.

2Heat oil in small saucepan over medium-low heat.

3Add garlic and oregano; cook 2 minutes.

4Do not brown.

5Halve bread horizontally and pull out a little bread from each half.

6Brush inside of bottom half with oil mixture.

7Top with half of vegetables.

8Add ham and turkey; top with remaining vegetables.

9Cover with top half of bread.

10Wrap with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

11Cut in wedges to serve.

12Can be made a day ahead and tightly wrapped and refrigerated.
