- 1 c. cooked muscadine hulls
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. cream
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 baked pie crust
Directions

1Pop centers out of muscadines and boil the hulls in water to cover; cook until tender.

2Drain muscadines.

3Take cooked muscadine hulls, sugar, flour, cream and oleo and cook until mixture thickens.

4Pour muscadine mixture into baked pie crust. Beat egg whites and pour over pie.

5Bake until brown.
