Mushroom Stuffed Fish

Ingredients
- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 1 medium can mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook onions in butter until tender.

2Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add other ingredients except fish. Mix.

5Place fish in a single layer in well-greased baking dish. Cover fish evenly with stuffing mix.

6Place in 400° oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

7Serves 6.
