Mushroom Stuffed Fish

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 medium can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook onions in butter until tender.

    Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add other ingredients except fish. Mix.

    Place fish in a single layer in well-greased baking dish. Cover fish evenly with stuffing mix.

    Place in 400° oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
