Mustard Glazed Salmon

- 1 salmon fillet (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (coarse type)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place salmon on a piece of foil on a broiler; cut the foil around the salmon and discard the rim.

2Put salt and pepper on salmon to your taste.

3Combine all other ingredients and pour over the salmon.

4Broil fish about 5-inches from heat until done (cut to test), about 9 to 12 minutes.

5Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
