  • 2 qt. heavy cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp. beef jelly
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. mustard
  • 3-1/2 oz. dill pickles
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 oz. mustard seeds

Directions

    Mix the cream, egg yolks, beef jelly and mustard together and heat in microwave at HIGH for 5 minutes.

    Stir 1-2 times with wire wisk.

    Drain the pickles and slice thinly.

    Season sauce to taste and mix the pickles under.

    Put the mustard seeds in cup and heat in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes.

    Pour seeds over sauce.
