- 1 lb. butter
- 1 lb. flour
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 lb. raisins
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. chopped nuts
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat egg whites stiff.

3Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks.

4Add egg whites to butter-sugar mix.

5Then add flour and vanilla.

6Take 1/2 to 1 cup flour, to lightly flour nuts, fruit and raisins.

7Fold in fruit and nut mixture into 1st mixture.

8Pour in floured Bundt pan.

9Place pan over pan of water while cooking.

10Also place brown bag over top.

11Cook 4 hours at 250°.

12Use tester.
