- 2 lb. beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Directions

1Cut meat in 1 1/4-inch pieces, roll in flour and brown in large pan with margarine.

2Saute onions and mushrooms in drippings; add to meat with undiluted soup.

3Place in casserole dish and bake at 350° until meat is tender, approximately 1 hour. In small pan, mix gravy mix, sour cream and wine.

4Stir over low heat until well combined.

5Add to casserole and serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
