- 2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Melt cheese with milk on top of stove in heavy saucepan or double boiler.

3Next, add sausage to cheese mixture and then add green chilies.

4Let simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

5May have to add some more milk if it is too thick.

6Serve over nachos.
