Nacho Cheese Dip

  • 2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Melt cheese with milk on top of stove in heavy saucepan or double boiler.

    Next, add sausage to cheese mixture and then add green chilies.

    Let simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

    May have to add some more milk if it is too thick.

    Serve over nachos.
