- 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 large can kidney beans, partially drained, heated and mashed well
- 1 bottle hot catsup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium jar salad olives with pimentos
- 16 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Put hamburger, beans and bottle of hot catsup (may add Tabasco to taste if you want it hotter) in a pan and mix well. Chop the onion and green pepper.

2Sprinkle 1/2 jar of olives, onions and green pepper over the top of the hamburger mixture. Then sprinkle 8 to 16 ounces of cheese on top of the peppers, etc. Cover with tin foil and heat in 200° to 250° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

3Serve with nacho chips.

4Dip freezes well.
