- 30 oz. refried beans
- 17 oz. corn, drained
- 14 1/2 oz. tomatoes, drained
- 2 1/2 oz. black olives, drained
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin seed
- 4 c. crushed tortilla chips
- 2 c. cheese, shredded
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, tomatoes, olives, onion and spices.

2On bottom of a 11 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking pan, place 2 cups crushed tortilla chips.

3Top with bean mixture.

4Sprinkle remaining 2 cups of chips over beans.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
