- 200 grams Steamed octopus
- 100 grams Raw scallops
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions

1Chop up the cucumber, carrot (peeled), and tomato (seeds removed) into bite sized pieces.

2Chop the octopus and scallops into bite sizes.

3Add olive oil and mix everything in a bowl.

4Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

5Serve with lemon to squeeze right before eating.
