  • 200 grams Steamed octopus
  • 100 grams Raw scallops
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

    Chop up the cucumber, carrot (peeled), and tomato (seeds removed) into bite sized pieces.

    Chop the octopus and scallops into bite sizes.

    Add olive oil and mix everything in a bowl.

    Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    Serve with lemon to squeeze right before eating.
