- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Melt butter and add it to the dry ingredients along with the milk.

2Gradually knead into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

3Next, pinch into golf ball sized pieces and deep fry at 450°, turning once.
