- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. watter
Directions

1Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening until the size of small peas.

2Blend egg, vinegar and water.

3Add to flour mixture a little at a time.

4Roll out on a floured surface.

5Place in pan; prick with a fork.

6Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

7This makes 3 (10-inch) pie crusts.
