  • 1 pt. jar marshmallow cream

    Combine sugar, salt and water.

    Bring to a boil; boil only 2 minutes.

    Put marshmallow cream in large bowl.

    Pour hot syrup in bowl all at once and beat until it loses its glossy look.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
