- 12 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar Or Pickle Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard To Taste
- 1/4 cups Yellow Onion, Finely Grated
- 4 slices Cooked Bacon, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
- Paprika, To Sprinkle On Top
Directions

1Boil eggs and cool.

2Once cooled, cut in half and scoop yolks into a bowl.

3Add vinegar/pickle juice, dry mustard, salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mayo together.

4Add prepared mustard to taste (at least 1 teaspoonful).

5Fold in finely chopped or grated onion, bacon, and parsley.

6Spoon yolk mixture into the halved egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.

7Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

8Serve chilled.
