  • 12 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar Or Pickle Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard To Taste
  • 1/4 cups Yellow Onion, Finely Grated
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon, Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • Paprika, To Sprinkle On Top

Directions

    Boil eggs and cool.

    Once cooled, cut in half and scoop yolks into a bowl.

    Add vinegar/pickle juice, dry mustard, salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mayo together.

    Add prepared mustard to taste (at least 1 teaspoonful).

    Fold in finely chopped or grated onion, bacon, and parsley.

    Spoon yolk mixture into the halved egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Serve chilled.
