Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can Vegetable Skallops, cubed
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
  • 2/3 c. brewer's yeast flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked in salted water, drained and rinsed in cold water
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Saute in oil until golden brown the Skallops, onion, mushrooms, yeast and salt.

    Place the soup, cream cheese and milk in a double boiler; heat until well blended.

    Mix all ingredients together and place in a large casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
