- 1 (20 oz.) can Vegetable Skallops, cubed
- 1 large onion, diced
- 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 c. brewer's yeast flakes
- salt to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked in salted water, drained and rinsed in cold water
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Saute in oil until golden brown the Skallops, onion, mushrooms, yeast and salt.

2Place the soup, cream cheese and milk in a double boiler; heat until well blended.

3Mix all ingredients together and place in a large casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
