- 1 c. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 shell water
Directions

1Mix and sift flour and salt.

2Add gradually to egg until a stiff dough is formed.

3Knead a few minutes on floured board. Roll out to 1/16-inch thickness.

4Let stand 1/2 hour.

5Cut in long 1/4-inch wide strips.

6Dry thoroughly.

7Noodles may be cut into any size strips or any tiny fancy shapes.

8This makes 1 1/2 cups raw noodles.
