- 12 chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 ounce) candrained black beans
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 -2 teaspoon cumin (or more to taste)
- 1 -2 hot sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups coffee
Directions

1Brown hamburger in stock pot.

2Add garlic and onions and cook until translucent.

3Stir in cocoa, cumin, hot sauce and salt and stir until well dispersed.

4Add tomato sauce and beans and mix thoroughly.

5Add coffee.

6To cut bitterness of coffee, add 1 T of sugar or more depending on how strong you make your coffee.

7Check flavor of chili.

8I like mine spicy, so I usually forgo measuring and just dump in as much cumin as possible.

9Makes a very meaty, manly chili.
