- 4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 small pkg. cake yeast
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. lukewarm milk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk; set aside.

2Sift flour, sugar and salt together.

3Add butter or margarine to flour mixture and crumble as for pie dough.

4Add the dissolved yeast and eggs. Knead lightly, adding small amounts of flour to dough, if needed. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.

5Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
