  • 65 grams butter
  • 150 grams oatmeal
  • 100 grams dried apricots
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 10 grams vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions

    In a pan melt the butter and add all the ingredients.

    Let them lightly brown.

    Cool the mixture down.

    With a teaspoon make small mounds.

    Bake them at 180C for 20 or until they brown.
